Everyday Business Purposes:

In order to establish and maintain your accounts and otherwise to market and provide our products and services to you, we may collect personal information from you or through third parties, including identifying information (e.g., name, date of birth, SSN, email address, mailing address, telephone numbers and driver’s license number.). We may also collect other categories of information about you including, but not limited to, your transaction or loss history; credit history; credit scores; assets; investment experience; credit-based insurance scores; insurance claim history; medical information in limited circumstances, overdraft history; purchase history; account transactions; risk tolerance; medical-related debts; credit card or other debt; mortgage rates and payments; retirement assets; checking account information; employment information; and wire transfer instructions. We may also collect protected class information (e.g., race, sex, gender national origin, age) from you in order to comply with relevant laws, as well as certain biometric information for information security and fraud prevention purposes.

Employees and Contractors:

If we employ you or engage you contractually for work in our business (collectively referred to as “workers”), we may collect the following personal information in order to maintain your working relationship with us or to perform a contract you have with us: name (real or alias), address, email address, SSN, driver’s license ‎number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account ‎number, credit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, health ‎insurance information, biometric information, internet or other electronic network activity information.   • New hire, onboarding or engagement paperwork, including resumes, professional online presence (e.g., LinkedIn), applications, background checks, IRS Form W-4 withholding, IRS 1099 form, professional, educational and employment information;

No sale of personal data.

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties for value. We do sometimes transfer your data to our affiliates and third-party business partners (e.g., hosting providers, digital agencies, cloud storage providers and credit scoring companies) for the purpose of doing business with you.
